Return Policy :
If you decide to return or exchange the product you purchased, the first thing you will need to do is inform us within 10 days of receiving your package by email: email@example.com, or call us Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST at: 1-855-345-2873.
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund, less a small handling fee. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
In the event of a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. Once you contact us about your return, we will email you a UPS electronic return label. Print this label and send your item(s) back to us from any UPS store, UPS drop-off box or hub. Please pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the original packing slip. No postage is required; however, a $6.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit. Upon mailing, your return will be processed in approximately 10 business days. Available in the continental US only.
Or you can send items back to us using any other trackable and insured shipping method. Chikara is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We are unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All lingerie must be returned in original packaging and condition with tags in place. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
After 30 days of original purchase, we will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
We offer Free Shipping Both Ways on Even Exchanges for this item: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in different size or color, we will waive the UPS shipping fees.
